The City of Rochester with the assistance of NCS rehabilitates rundown and vacant homes and then sells them for a discounted rate. These homes are beautiful from top to bottom. Unexpected repairs are not an issue with these homes; everything is new from roof to the mechanics. For those of who fear the large amount of funds needed for closing costs do not have to worry, only $1,500 is need. However, applicants must meet eligibility requirements and must have finances for the home. This may seem confusing, but contact NCS and we will be able to help every step of the way.
